WFS’s classes are different than any other class you might have taken in the past.

Our focus is you!

WFS is dedicated to each client individually in a class. We keep our classes at a maximum of 20 participants (some smaller) so you never get lost in the crowd.

Order

We strategically put the order of exercises in each class together ensuring you get the maximum results with each workout.

Our language

We offer a FREE 15 minute introduction to our classes so you can learn and understand the language of our instructors. You can repeat the introductory class FREE of charge until you feel comfortable with the language of the instructors. The language is consistent and remains the same with each instructor and class so you can easily make the right adjustments to maximize the exercise.

 

F.I.T. Method®
FIT is designed to work the body safely and efficiently. All the classes are High Intensity, training the complete body. The structure of each class differs depending on the overall goal of each class.

 

Classically FIT

If strength is your goal, this butt-kicking class will help achieve that goal! Full body, High Intensity Strength Training, working each muscle group to complete momentary fatigue. This class is sure to get the muscles firing and build an overall strength base, reduce body fat, and build lean muscle!

Dynamically FIT

If you want a dynamic combo of High Intensity Strength Training and Cardiovascular Fitness, this is the class for you! Taking the same approach, we combine High Intensity Strength Training with Cardiovascular exercises to get your heart rate elevated and muscles burning. You will improve your strength, cardiovascular fitness, and reduce your body fat.

Abdominally FIT

If you want to show off your 6-pack or bikini body when summer comes around, this is the class for you! With the combination of High Intensity Strength Training and abdominals, your ABS will stay engaged throughout the entire workout. Trust us, your ABS will thank you in the morning! This class will help improve your overall and core strength and reduce your body fat.

 

Fitness After Baby®
Fitness After Baby (FAB) was designed to help the new mother get her pre-baby body back.

We have been working specifically with new moms for over 3 years now. FAB  fully understands the changes that occur after you have a baby and the difficulties you might face getting your body back. Our instructors will engage your muscles through the correct pattern they were designed to move, helping to improve posture and allowing you to engage your muscles appropriately throughout your day. We will train your body safely, efficiently and effectively ensuring you are getting the maximum out of each workout. The workouts are designed to get the maximum results in the minimum amount of time, because after all, your time is already limited! Our goal is simple: to help you look FAB, feel FAB, and be FAB!

Newborn FAB

Newborn FAB is for the new mother with a child 6 weeks- 6 months old. We understand how to get your body moving again without causing injury. This class will engage and reawaken the muscles that have been inactive during the course of pregnancy. Mothers with children older than 6 months and would like to start with this class are more than welcome!

FAB

FAB is for the new mother with a child 7 months- 12 months old. In this class, we will build on the base built from Newborn FAB while starting to engage the muscles that are too sensitive to directly hit after pregnancy. We will train your entire body creating a muscular strength base and endurance to carry over into your everyday. You will really start to see your body take its shape back!

FAB Plus

FAB Plus is for every mother whose child is over the age of 12 months. If you would like to have the camaraderie and support of mothers sharing similar struggles and milestones while getting a butt-kicking workout, this is the class for you! By constructing each class to work your body to its full potential, this class will get the muscles firing and build an overall strength base, reduce body fat, and build lean muscle!

Cardiovascular Series

WFS has researched, studied and developed an Interval Training program to help you get back in shape. This class is specifically designed to help you reach and maximize your cardiovascular peak. Class is limited to 16 people.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a great addition to any combination of our classes. WFS understands the importance of overall health and well-being. We believe that keeping a balanced state of mind and body is vital to overall well-being. This class works to heal your body mentally and physically.
Register Now!

All classes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If client does not cancel at least 24 hours before a class begins, the client will be charged for the class. No exceptions. Client can either pre-register here, or if the class has openings, you may drop-in for $20.
