Jessica Wilson is the owner of Wilson Fitness Studios and founder of F.I.T. Method and Fitness After Baby. She has a vast knowledge of working with all types of clients. She is a certified personal trainer: Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, CSCS, ACE, Prenatal, and CPR. She started off as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for two different colleges. First, she worked at Middle Tennessee State University assisting with all programs. She later took her knowledge to The University of Michigan working with the most elite college athletes. She realized her passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. It was then she wanted to take her knowledge and passion to help the everyday client to reach their full potential. With over 10 years of experience in fitness field, Jessica has been helping people achieve their weight loss goals. She is dedicated to assisting each client to reach their full potential. Guiding and helping them implement the tools they need to achieve their weight loss goals. Jessica and each of her clients realize they are a team. It is not her nor the clients’ full responsibility to achieve their goals. It is the combination of the two that allow for the success of each client.

Ashley Lytwyn, moved to the Chicago area in 2010 to get her Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics at UIC. Ashley came to us from Boston University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and completed her American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Training certificate. Throughout her youth, she lived a structured life with pre-professional ballet training and quickly grew to love fitness as she entered her college years. She began teaching group exercise classes such as PiYo and Spinning and soon after completed her Personal Training certificate. Upon graduation from Boston University, she was employed as a lead personal trainer in the Boston area. Diving deeper into her love for fitness and wellness, she is now completing a Masters in Nutrition/Coordinated Program in Dietetics at UIC. Since living in Chicago, Ashley has worked with Wilson Fitness Studios specializing with post-partum women of FAB.

Nick Shea is a personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (CPT) as well as through Fitness Anywhere as a TRX-Certified Trainer. He has a long-standing passion for fitness and great nutrition, having worked for over five years in the fitness/recreation sports field. He knows firsthand what it takes to lose weight and keep it off, having lost over 50 pounds through diet and high-intensity exercise, the same type of exercise you’ll receive at Wilson Fitness Studios! He has worked with all kinds of clients from teenagers to seniors, office workers to athletes, and everything in between. Nick specializes in F.I.T. Classes and in-home personal training. Regardless of who you are, Nick is here to help with your long-term goals: lose weight and gain muscle—fast!—and keep those results for the rest of your life.

Tiffany Hurd graduated from Providence College in Providence, RI with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Tiffany was a Division I scholarship basketball player, experiencing the high level competition of the Big East basketball conference. After many basketball honors during her 4 year career, she returned to her native, Southern California, to train for the European basketball tour. She trained under the tutelage of Ryan Cabretta, who also trains the likes of Clay Mathews, Derek Fischer, Lindsey Vonne and Antoine Cromartie. Tiffany, herself, is a workout fanatic requiring only professional training direction through her athletic tenure. She is a CSCS Certified Personal Trainer. Tiffany has worked with youth and collegiate athletes as a Strength and Conditioning coach. During this time she spent ample time volunteering with organizations, such as Best Buddies, Adopt a Child and Read to Children. In this vain, she comes to the Personal Training profession with an innate understanding of physical training and teaches only elite fitness skills that are individually designed to his/her required results. Tiffany most recently, moved to Chicago to share her expertise and love for fitness with Wilson Fitness Studios.

Isaac Kinsey is very excited to bring his spirited warmth to Wilson Fitness Studios classes. Isaac has over six years of experience in personal training and fitness instruction. He is an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and is a proud alumnus of Indiana University (Hoo Hoo Hoo Hoosiers!!). Isaac specializes is interval training, strength and agility conditioning, and believes the burpee is the best exercise known to man. Outside of the gym, he is passionate about exploring the outdoors, writing screenplays, the Indianapolis Colts, and debating with friends (and strangers alike) about why Breaking Bad is the greatest TV show of all time. Isaac’s philosophy is simple: “100% is not enough,” and he gives just that much more in his classes. He expects you to do the same.

Diana Deaver enthusiastically joins Wilson Fitness Studio as a veteran fitness instructor, personal trainer, and pre/post natal rehabilitation specialist. She combines her extensive background in pilates, yoga and strength training with her lifelong education in the arts and acclaimed career as a professional dancer to bring passion, knowledge, and robust athleticism into every class. A recent Chicago transplant from New York City, Diana was a senior level core fusion instructor at the Exhale Spa and a performer with the prestigious New York City Opera Ballet. She continues to perform as a founding company member with Adele Myers and Dancers, zoe | juniper, and most recently Kristina Isabelle Dance Company. Her love of health and fitness has led her to the groundbreaking team at Wilson Fitness and she looks forward to meeting you in class soon!

Fadil Chosovich is excited to join Wilson Fitness Studios as a Personal Trainer and a Group Fitness Instructor. Recent graduated from NEIU with Masters in Exercise Science, Fadil has been in the fitness industry for the last 12 years and has worked with a variety of clients. He has trained athletes, models, kids, seniors, and anyone who wants to incorporate fitness and health into their lifestyle. He has worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor and has taught many different strength training formats as well as water fitness and indoor cycling. When he is not in the gym you can find him playing beach volleyball and if you can’t find him. He is probably traveling.

Cole Cruz joins Wilson Fitness Studios with a passion to help each client achieve their health and fitness goals. Cole is a certified personal trainer, certified fitness nutrition specialist, and certified medical exercise specialist for post-rehab clientele. A national champion in Taw Kwon Do and former semi-professional baseball player, he utilizes an evolving training approach that integrates creative exercise with positive psychological and behavioral growth to achieve maximum body transformation. Cole has a masters degree in psychology, with a concentration in sport and exercise psychology.

In the ten years of being an instructor, Nadia Pillay has had the opportunity to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. She has had the invaluable opportunity to work with individuals that have a variety of physical and emotional challenges, such as arthritis, cerebral palsy, scoliosis, uterine fibroid cysts, depression, addiction and anxiety. In addition to conducting group and private instruction, Nadia has had the privilege of sharing the craft of yoga with numerous communities and populations such as, businesses (corporate), high schools, the juvenile justice system, and group-homes. Yoga provides an opportunity which invites one to reclaim dominion over ones thoughts, feelings, and actions. Thoughts ignite feelings, feelings affect actions, which ultimately impacts the way one navigates through life. Positive thoughts inspire positive emotions, leading to positive actions, resulting in an empowered human being. Nadia’s Restorative Yoga class at Wilson Fitness Studios is a designed to compliment any of your workouts you do through WFS.

Nikolas Rodriguez joins the Wilson Fitness Studio staff as a former Notre Dame Football Running Back (2006-2009) while obtaining his B.A. In Marketing/Psychology. Nikolas is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and has experience in Personal Training, various group fitness, and reformer Pilates instruction. Being a lifelong fitness junkie and a former running back at the University of Notre Dame, working as a Certified Personal Trainer and teaching group fitness is my passion. Over the years I have both trained and trained with athletes ranging from little leaguers to pros. I truly enjoy helping individuals in their journey towards their health and fitness goals, ranging from weight loss to athletic training. On the completely opposite side of the spectrum, I love cooking and experimenting in the kitchen.

Terri Peaslee is excited to bring her energetic love for group fitness to Wilson Fitness Studios. Graduating from Loyola University, Terri has been very active in the fitness community from a very young age. She has been teaching fitness classes within the Chicagoland area at different gyms teaching a variety of classes. Her education and time abroad has contributed to her passion for leading a healthy lifestyle, not only with fitness. Terri strives to eat an all natural, organic diet and eliminate as many toxins as possible by making her own household cleaner and body products. She has a passion for experiencing other cultures, growing her own food, supporting local farmers, cooking, creating visual art, and assisting others in reaching their fitness goals. Her goal as an instructor is to create an environment where one can achieve maximum output while having fun and building confidence.
